As we are sure you will be, and we want you to be, delighted with your purchase of ZWEEP Procurement and Distribution Specialist, you are welcome to exchange any item no matter what the reason.
In order to exchange goods, contact ZWEEP Procurement and Distribution Specialist.
Returned items will not be exchanged if they are received by ZWEEP Procurement and Distribution Specialist later than 30 days from the date we dispatched your order,
Returned garments must not be worn or altered and must be returned in their original state and packaging.
Any garment queries / faults which are due to a clear oversight on behalf of ZWEEP Procurement and Distribution Specialist, will be exchanged at the cost of ZWEEP Procurement and Distribution Specialist
Courier costs for sending back these items will be for the customer’s account. We strongly recommend that customers send any returns via an insured, trackable service. ZWEEP Procurement and Distribution Specialist will cover the courier costs for sending the replacement items. Garments returned for size exchanges will follow our normal production delivery cycle.
If style exchanges are made and as a result thereof additional charges arise, exchanged items will not be despatched until these amounts are settled in full.
Items cannot be returned for refund only.
Please note: ZWEEP Procurement and Distribution Specialist cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by mishandling, failure to follow garment care instructions, or excessive wear and tear.
Please note that commercially acceptable variations in colour may occur due to slight differences in fabric from different deliveries.
Same styles manufactured in different quality fabrics can feel slightly different in fit, although the exact same pattern is used, electronically cut and garments manufactured at the same time. These differences should not warrant size exchanges.
